REVE partnered with Partners in Community Supports (PICS) to design a digital experience that empowers caregivers who provide essential in-home care services. The app enables caregivers to easily log their hours, confirm their location, and document services provided—all while meeting state-mandated reporting requirements for Medicaid-funded care programs. To ensure the solution met both regulatory needs and real-world usability, REVE led comprehensive UX research efforts including interviews, contextual inquiry, and journey mapping to understand how caregivers manage their time and responsibilities across varied home environments.

Because the vast majority of caregivers rely on their phones as their primary device, the design approach was mobile-first from the start. REVE created a streamlined interface that simplifies daily tasks while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Clear workflows, accessible design, and context-aware feedback help reduce errors and administrative burden, letting caregivers focus more on client care and less on paperwork. The resulting experience provides PICS with a scalable, user-centered platform that bridges the gap between frontline caregivers and the state’s reporting systems—enhancing efficiency, transparency, and trust across the entire care network.
