REVE partnered with a global seed manufacturer and distributor to conduct a comprehensive review of their end-to-end supply chain processes—from seed production and cultivation to distribution to B2B seed suppliers. Our team engaged directly with stakeholders across Europe, South America, and North America to document and analyze regional workflows, tools, and technologies. Through detailed UX audits, artifact reviews, and supply chain and workflow analyses, we identified opportunities to streamline operations and bring greater consistency across regions. The result was a clear path toward process alignment and a unified software ecosystem, ensuring that system enhancements and updates deliver value globally.

In addition to process and technology alignment, REVE provided strategic recommendations to optimize organizational structure and delivery efficiency. We assessed the current team composition, identified critical skill gaps, and proposed an agile framework customized to the organization’s unique operating model.
